Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data ADYNTEL PLATFORM S.R.L. ("we") collects when you use Serpbids, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

• Account data: your email address and a hashed password (we never store or see the password itself).
• What you put in the app: the keywords you track, your brand terms and domains, and your webhook URL.
• Billing data: Stripe handles payments. We receive your Stripe customer and subscription IDs and your payment status, not your card number.
• Technical data: your IP address and browser details in server logs, kept for security and debugging. We set one cookie to keep you logged in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies in the app.

The ads we record are public search results shown by advertisers. They aren't personal data about you.

Why we use it

• To run your account and scans, and send the alerts you turn on (performing our contract with you).
• To bill you (contract, and legal obligations for invoices and taxes).
• To keep the Service secure and prevent abuse (our legitimate interest).
• To email you about your account, billing, and important changes. We don't send marketing emails unless you agree to them.

Who we share it with

We don't sell personal data. We share it only with providers that help us run the Service, under contracts that protect it:

• Stripe: payments and invoices
• Resend: sending emails
• Railway: hosting and databases

We may also disclose data if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep account data while your account is open. When you close your account, we delete it within 30 days, except billing records that the law requires us to keep (usually up to 10 years). Server logs are deleted after 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Email us and we'll reply within 30 days. If you're in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority.

Security

Passwords are hashed with scrypt, all traffic uses HTTPS, and access to production data is limited to the people who run the Service.

International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where that applies, we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

We'll post any changes here and email you about material ones.
